Here is an interview that was published in a Ladies Wrestling magazine recently- in December of 1999. I hope to add many more interviews and stories that have been published about me and by me soon.

Interview with Rocco Fighting Femmes Magazine:

The taping went well. Worked with a female martial arts expert who kicked the boys ass good in a trampling tape. Trampling is the latest physical sport to evolve as a fetish for men wanting to be beneath the power of woman. It is fascinating. It very much a sport and an art and not really a sex thing. Although many of these things turn into a sexual feeling for men because they are starved for a woman's Aggressiveness, Assertiveness, and Physical Prowess, with Freedom of thought and sensuality.

1.) What about the early years, what started your interest in female wrestling, and then mixed wrestling? Should I use the bio on your website?

Feel free to use the bio on the web site.

I started in self defense classes. I was always told, "you are just Big, you are not really strong." This pissed me off enough to want to kick men's asses. I soon graduated to mixed collegiate wrestling, after I saw the hunks in trunks. I was the first female in the United States to make it onto a college wrestling team. I trained very hard with weight lifting, running and learning the moves and counter moves of free-style collegiate wrestling. I've had many a wrenched neck. I also have had hundreds of mixed matches in night club mud wrestling, where I was the victor for real.

2) I have heard that you were trained by Billy Wolfe - true?

My first trainer was Billy Rogers. I have had Mando Guerrero as a trainer and Peggy Lee Leather. Also Jasmine from Chicago was our first female trainer in Glow. I have learned many things from many different great trainers.

3) Any good stories involving Andy Kaufman and/or the upcoming movie about him?

My friend Deena Zerra pinned Andy in New York at one of his big shows at Madison Square Garden, and then his referees decided that she cheated. She's 6'3" 250 lbs with a strong, similar build to me. I never wrestled Andy. But two of my Playboy model mud wrestler friends kicked his ass in Anaheim at a night club mud wrestling show, and his referees again decided they was cheating. I was asked to be in the recent movie about him, to be the first girl that Andy beat up. I declined, I would have kicked his ass for sure. My girl friend Lightning from Glow worked on the set and she said Jim Carey was wild in the ring. He really go into it.

4) How did you come up with Slam-a-Grams? Do you still do that?

It just sort of happened. My good friend Shelly the Burbank Bomber was stripping in between mud wrestling gigs and bragging about the money she was making. She said, "Queenie, the guys are dying for you to come to their party and kick the bachelors ass!" I thought, "Hmm, I think I will". I made $600 that night and was hooked after that. I did not strip. I turned the show into a mixed crowd pleaser. Women would often hire me for extra embarrassment and hilarious humiliation of their husbands and boyfriends, and future husbands. I did a personal full stand up comedy roast called "The Weenie Roast" and would have them rolling before I grabbed the guy and taught him that Women can be the boss! I unfortunately do not perform Slams at this time due to my foot surgeries.

5) Is it true that you broke Al Goldstein's pinky in a match?

Yes, that is true, That was actually my first public wrestling event. I did not have my pro training quite under my belt at that time either. But we had a lot of fun at a very smelly boxing gym in New York. I was a famous Dominatrix by the name of Queen Adrena at the time also.

6) Any thoughts on differences between LA and NY?

I love New York, I feel more open there. And there is more work for a lady wrestler on the East Coast. Hollywood never had the pro circuit for the women at all. We still have to beg for work here.

7) Weren't you involved with 976, and later 900 numbers? How has that business evolved?

I & my husband of 30+ years had the very first sex telephone club in the world in 1977. This was way before the 800. 900 #'s even started. We were going gang busters with cute little college girls answering the phone and yacking off the thousands of callers personally. We received just $10 a month for a new fantasy of Juicy Joy or the dominant Queen Adrena every day. Then the FBI visited us and said, " We understand that you are running an international prostitution ring here." They told us if we did not cease and desist that they would throw our asses in the federal prison. Then 3 months after we quit, the 800 #'s popped up everywhere.

8) Do you make your own videos? How much of them do you do yourself (ideas, acting, directing, funding, distribution)?

My husband & I, partners in crime throughout the crazy world of wrestling and fetish (soft core adult) videos are in full production of Female Dominance Videos. We fund, write, direct, and do all the videography and photography with our own staff of specially trained helpers. We have offers of joining other companies. In fact our video will soon be featured in L. Scott Stores nationwide.

Our Fetish Web site is www.queenadrena.com We produce fetish videos involving the subjects of Trampling, Foot Fetish, Smothering, Head Scissors, Cat Fighting and the other assortments of Female Dominance. We specialize in the Larger Female Form. And of course our videos often involve Female physical strength over the men. Our wrestling site is devoted to the straighter world of female wrestling. It is www.queenkong.com

9) Any anecdotes about your days as Matilda the Hun & G.L.O.W.? Any involvement in any of the upcoming ladies wrestling events? People must still come up to you on the street to talk about that &

I still have fans all over the world. I was in New York last year and stopped traffic while delivering a slam-a-gram to Leg show Magazine. I was swarmed for my autograph. When I dress up, it is rather hard not to remember the 6'3" 300 lb Buxom Wild Thing Called "Matilda the Hun". And if you have ever had one of my "Knocker Locker's", I have left a lasting impression forever! I even get asked for my autograph even when I am in my moo moo at the grocery store. I love it still. I have always been as nice to my fans as possible. They are the believers.

I have no involvement with David McLane, nor do I want any with that bull shit artist, and his copy cat show of GLOW (Gorgeous Ladies Of Wrestling) He says he "might" have a show next year. Not one of the girls knows how to wrestle with anything except her blow dryer for her long blond hair. I hear that WWF is starting up a women's league. And So is Ted Turner with WCW, but when I see it I will believe it. I wish the best for any girls who want to wrestle. It is great empowerment and fun. I hope the girls get more work than we did, and better pay.

10) Have you ever done roller derby?

Oh Yeah, I was Big Dee Booher "The Rolling Mountain". I skated with the Chicago Hawks, The New York Bombers, the Detroit Devils, and we ate T-Birds for breakfast. I had a great time. I roller skated as my first sport in my life as a teenager. The roller Derby track is rougher than wrestling for sure.

11) Do you have a "stable" of girls that you use for different aspects of your company(s)? I have many girls that I use for many different things. I have many contacts on many different levels. I have many friends who wrestle and do fetish modeling as well; My professional Dominatrix friends, and my apartment style wrestling & cat fighting babes friends, my Hollywood stunt women friends and so on.

Please send me any promotion material of ALL merchandise and product that you do , I will plug them all. I also need any photos that you wish to be used (from any year) in the article. I look upon you and your work as very self-empowering, as much so as any other popularized "strong" female such as Moolah and Annie Sprinkle. It appears that you have an interest in everything that you have done, as opposed to the grim workmanship involved in most product in this genre. I dunno how much will get into the article, but I place you right in between Moolah and ASprinkle, as the interface of wrestling and porn. There is much that these two things share in common, but most folks interested in either one won't acknowledge the other.

It was an emotionally trying thing to be proud of all aspects of my life. I had to hide the adult side of my work while I was in Glow, they would not have hired me had they known of my kinky stuff. I was lucky that Hollywood gave me a chance to prove that I am not just another pretty face, ha ha. I have now combined my past with my present and I am proud of both the adult side and the straight side of what I have done.

I do not however do anything hard core. Fetishes are an entirely different thing from hard core porn. I feel I am educating women about their female power and their potential for physical and mental strength. Sometimes knowing that you have men that admire your Strong character as well as you body is very self esteem building. I would not have believed in myself enough to become Matilda the Hun without my male admirers that I developed throughout living in the persona called Queen Adrena.

By the way, there has been a lot of gossip throughout the years from very reliable sources that Moolah is a rip off for the girls.

Moolah took too much of their money and tried to sleep with a lot of the girls. But she is an icon in the business. As is Mildred Burke. Moolah arranged for lots of private wrestling matches with fans, for the girls to make extra money. Mind you, this does not mean that a girl has to perform as a prostitute. She does not have to perform any sexual favors to make money as a private wrestler. These women can make up to $100,000. a year if they do it right. I can't blame either one of them for trying to increase a girls income. It is the misusing of their money I object to. It is reported that Moolah stole their money, promising to give it to them later. Mildred Burke never did this from what I have heard.

Thanks for your understanding of both the adult and wrestling world. Many people do not realize that Women Wrestlers are sometimes forced into doing adult things, such as one on one private wrestling match's with men to make ends meet.

(Schmoe wrestling)

And they do mail order videos, perhaps topless wrestling. This is what men will pay for. The Larger organizations have not been kind to women at all. We have just been the icing on the cake and never the main event. Except for GLOW. We had great fun in GLOW and proved that we could kick the Men's asses in the ratings. But the management of that company was more interested in who could get a blow job than how to promote our acting careers and etc.
